All fees for KlyroHost services are due as specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in our applicable refund policy, payments are non-refundable. KlyroHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances, failed payments, chargebacks, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
KlyroHost may suspend or terminate services if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false or misleading information, failed to make required payments, or engaged in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
Termination does not release you from any outstanding payment obligations incurred before termination.

To the extent permitted by law, KlyroHost’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to KlyroHost for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
